05 Capabilities
What the PSI Series
delivers.
Capabilities as published in the current product catalog.
Case planning
CBCT and scan data are reviewed against the treatment plan before any design work begins — the implant is designed around the case, not fitted to a fixed catalog size.
Anatomy-led digital design
Implant geometry, thread pattern and load path are modelled from the patient's own bone volume and density, not a standard diameter/length matrix.
In-house manufacturing
Machined, cleaned, inspected and documented inside the same Kamal Medtech facility as the rest of the i-Fix portfolio — no outsourced production step.
Full case documentation
Design rationale, manufacturing records and quality sign-off are compiled per case, available to the treating clinician on request.
We do not simply manufacture implants — we engineer patient-specific biomechanical solutions designed to integrate, endure, and perform. 06 Kit & documentation
Surgical kit,
catalog and IFU.
Always verify the current catalog, IFU, indications and compatibility before clinical use.

Not applicable — this isn't a fixed-diameter implant placed with a standard drilling sequence. See the Capabilities section above for the actual workflow.
